Exchanges & Returns
Need another size? Or any other reason why you are not fully satisfied with your order? It is no problem to return your purchases.
We understand that life with kids is busy, and that kids are not always in the mood for trying on new clothes. Therefore we gladly offer you 30 days time to return any of your purchases (or 14 days for discounted items).
Ofcourse the returned goods need to be in their original condition, undamaged, unwashed and unused, with their original labels attached.
We do not offer a direct exchange service: in case you wish to exchange, we advise to return the item(s) and order the new size or item on our website.
For hygiene reasons, socks and tights can only be returned if they are unused and in their unopened, original carton. Swimsuits and shorts can only be returned when the hygiene sticker is still in place. Gift cards and gift wrapping are personalized and therefore can not be returned.
If you wish to return anything within 30 days, please notify us via email@example.com of which items you want to return and preferably also let us know why. We will then provide you with the return address.
After receipt of the returned goods (within 30 days counted from the day the order was delivered to you) we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, usually within 7 days, using the same method you have paid your order with. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Products purchased with discount are excluded from our 30-days-return service. For these, the legal 14-days reflection period applies.
We offer 'free shipping' for purchases above a certain threshold, which basically means a full discount on the shipping costs. If the total order size is lower than the threshold after returning a part of your order, this discount on shipping costs will expire and the applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If you do not wish to follow our 30-days-return service and its terms and conditions, you may also choose to use your legal 14-days right to cancel an order in full, using an unambiguous statement in which you inform us you want to use your right to recall (read more here).
Please note that the customer is always responsible for the risk and cost of return shipment.
In case a parcel is refused at the door by the customer, or refused to be picked-up at a pick-up point, this is considered a return and any actual return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from the return payment.
For returns from outside the EU, please clearly indicate on the parcel that its content is returned goods, to prevent any import duties or (customs) administration costs may be charged (and which would then be deducted from the return payment.) The risk and cost of return shipment is always for the customer.
Orders are shipped as soon as possibile after receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel or alter a paid order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can still stop the placed order from being shipped.
