Exchanges & Returns
Did you choose the wrong size or do you have another reason why you do not like the ordered product(s)? You can easily return (part of) your order.
As we understand that life with kids is busy, and that kids are not always in the mood for trying on new clothes, we give you 30 days time to return any of your purchases (excluding sale). Ofcourse the returned goods need to be in their original condition, undamaged and unused, with original labels attached.
For hygiene reasons, socks and tights can only be returned if they are unused and in their unopened, original carton. Swimsuits and shorts can only be returned when the hygiene sticker is still in place. Gift cards and gift wrapping are personalized and can not be returned.
If you wish to return anything within 30 days, please notify us via email@example.com so we can provide you with return instructions. After receipt of the returned goods (returned within 30 days counted from the day the order was delivered to you) we will refund the purchase price of the returned good(s) as soon as possible, usually within 7 days, in the same way you have paid for your order. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Products purchased with discount (for example during SALE) are excluded from our 30-days-return service. For these products, the legal 14-days reflection period applies.
We offer 'free shipping' for purchases above a certain threshold (which varies per country), which basically means a full discount on the shipping costs. If the total order size is lower than the threshold after returning a part of your order, this discount on shipping costs will expire and the shipping costs due will be deducted from the refund.
If you do not wish to follow our 30-days-return service and its terms and conditions, you may also choose to use your legal 14-days right to cancel an order in full, using an unambiguous statement in which you inform us you want to use your right to recall (read more here).
Please note that the customer is always responsible for the risk and cost of return shipment.
In case of international returns, any import duties or (customs) administration costs that may be charged on the returned goods will be deducted from the return payment. Return costs are always for the customer. In case a parcel is refused at the door by the customer, this is considered a return and the shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.
We do not offer a direct exchange service: in case you wish to exchange, we advise to return the item(s) and order the correct new size or item on the website.
Orders are shipped as soon as possibile after receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel or alter a paid order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can still stop the placed order from being shipped.
