Payment & Delivery

For international shipping: please note that we do not have an influence on, nor can we fully be updated about local COVID-19 situations in each country: if your country is experiencing huge delays in deliveries or if (temporarily) no deliveries are taking place at all, this lies outside our power and thus is no valid base for claims.

Delivery & transit times

Once an order has been placed and paid, it is usually shipped the same or next working day.

Orders to EU are shipped with PostNL or DPD.

Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the next working day. For most other EU countries the delivery time varies from 2-8 business days, although we have also experienced some longer transit times since COVID-19.

Parcels outside EU are usually shipped with FedEx, and normally delivered in ca. 1 week. If the delivery address has an out-of-area zip code, we will ship with PostNL (domestic postal services) and please take into account that delivery may then take 2-4 weeks. Out-of-area zones can be found in this Fedex document. For shipping to Switzerland we use FedEx or DPD.

Please note that all delivery times are indicative.

International shipping

We ship to almost every country worldwide, but we currently do not ship to Germany and United Kingdom. Please contact us for nearest sales points.

! minimum order value (ex shipping) for orders outside EU: 40 euro !

Unfortunately the shipping costs to countries outside the EU are high. In addition, duties and taxes and other (customs) fees may be charged to the receiver of international shipments. Therefore, non-EU citizens might prefer to shop Phil&Phae at a closer salepoint. We have retailers in these countries. If you do decide to shop with us, we are happy to offer you FREE international shipping on orders from 275 Euro!

Please note that the customer is responsibe for providing us a correct delivery address (including correct receiver name, and correct company name in case a delivery address is a business address) and for following the parcel via the tracking link that will be sent by email.

Undeliverable or uncollected parcels

In case a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (provided wrongly by the customer) or in case the parcel is not collected by the customer at the pick-up-location f.e. after failed attempt to deliver at home, the costs for re-sending the parcel will be charged to you. When you decide to refuse the parcel and cancel the order instead, the actual costs made for the first shipment as well as any surcharges for sending the parcel back to us will be deducted from the return payment.

Payment

We offer a wide range of safe electronic payment options: iDEAL, creditcard (VISA, MasterCard), Bancontant/MisterCash, SOFORT, Apple Pay and SEPA bank transfer.
For Belgium customers we also offer KBC/CBC and Belfius.
For our Austrian customers we offer EPS.

Please note that if you use bank transfer, it might take a few days before we receive the payment and ship the order.

All prices indicated on Phil&Phae’s consumer webshop are in Euro and include EU VAT, where applicable.
Citizens outside EU might be charged local taxes and import duties upon arrival of the parcel.
