Payment & Delivery
Due to the Corona virus, shipping may take a bit longer than usual, depending on your location. Please note that we are experiencing larger delays with orders to addresses outside Europe!
For international shipping: please note that we do not have an influence on, nor can we fully be updated about local situations in each country: if your country is experiencing huge delays in deliveries or if (temporarily) no deliveries are taking place at all, this lies outside our power and thus is no valid base for claims.
Once an order has been placed and payment is received, are usually shipped the same or next working day, unless indicated otherwise. Orders within the Netherlands and to Belgium are usually delivered the next working day. We usually ship with PostNL.
For other countries the delivery times may vary. For most European countries the delivery time varies from 2-7 working days and outside Europe this can be 3-15 working days. Most international orders are shipped with PostNL (tracked). If you wish to receive more accurate delivery times for your region, please contact us. Please note, however, that all delivery times are indicative.

We ship to almost every country worldwide!
Unfortunately the costs of shipping to countries outside the EU are very high (actually even higher than the costs we charge). In addition, tolls, local taxes and other (customs) fees may apply to international shipments. Therefore, non-EU citizens might prefer to shop Phil&Phae at a closer retailer. We have retailers in these countries. If you do decide to shop with us, we are happy to offer you free international shipping on orders from 275 Euro!
The customer is responsibe for providing us a correct delivery address (including correct receiver name, and correct company name in case a delivery address is a business address) and for following the parcel via the tracking link that will be sent by email. In case a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (provided wrongly by the customer) or in case the parcel is not collected by the customer at the pick-up-location f.e. after failed attempt to deliver at home, the costs for re-sending the parcel will be charged to you. In case you decide to cancel the order, the actual costs made for the first shipment as well as any credit card charges will be deducted from the return payment.
We currently do not ship to Germany, but you can contact us for closest salespoints.
We offer a wide choice of safe electronic payment options: iDEAL, Creditcard (VISA, MasterCard), Bancontant/MisterCash, SOFORT, Apple Pay and bank transfer. For Belgium customers we also offer KBC/CBC, Belfius and ING Home Pay. For our Austrian customers we offer EPS.
Orders will be shipped after payment is received. Please note that this means that when paid via bank transfer, it might take a few days before we receive the payment and ship the order.
All prices indicated on Phil&Phae’s consumer webshop are in Euro’s and include Dutch VAT. We do not offer tax-free shopping for customers outside the EU!
We reserve the right to (partially or fully) cancel an order, for example when product(s) appear non-deliverable or when abuse is expected (for example in case of a suspicious creditcard transaction or a history of excessive returns).
